What time are check-in and check-out?
Rooms are ready from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Ask for an early arrival or a late departure and we will do our best.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, on every rate booked with us directly. It is served on the terrace from 7 to 10:30am, and in your room if you prefer.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancel up to 48 hours before arrival and you pay nothing. Some offers have their own terms, shown on the offer.
Do you welcome children?
Yes. Cots and bed rails are free, children under 6 eat free and the kids club runs every day in summer.
Is there parking?
Yes. Parking is free for guests, with chargers for electric cars. We can also collect you from the station.
Are dogs allowed?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our garden rooms and cottages, with a bed, a bowl and a treat.

We confirm
Our reservations team confirms your room and rate within a few hours.
Pay on arrival
No deposit for most stays. Cancel up to 48 hours before at no cost.
Arrive and relax
Your room is ready from 3pm. Tell us your arrival time and we will have tea waiting.
